Loving wife of the late Konstantinos Papagianis; dear mother of Chris (Merrell) Papagianis, Nick (Elizabeth) Papagianis and Maria (COL. James E.) Otto; treasured Yia Yia of Christopher C. (Brooke) Papagianis, Konstantinos Steven Papagianis, Alexandre (Daken) Berry, Kathie Papagianis, James A. (Lauren) Otto and Nicole Otto; dearest great-grandmother of  Theo and Milo Papagianis and Logan Berry; dear daughter of the late Kostas and Olga Kontipanos; beloved sister of the late Panos Kontipanos, Maria, Eftihia and Elli; our dearest aunt, thea, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.

A native of Greece and Sopiki, Helen and Konstantinos “Gus” immigrated with her family to the United States in 1956, providing their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren abundant opportunities and lives filled with love and happiness. Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Thursday, December 29 9:15 a.m. to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church for 10 a.m. service. Interment  St. Matthew Cemetery. contributions to St. Nicholas or Assumption Greek Orthodox Church appreciated. Visitation Wednesday, 4-8 p.m. with Trisagion Service at 4:30 p.m.
