Beloved husband for over 60 years of Lillian Parks (nee Mayer); loving father of Tom (Valerie) Parks, Denise (John) Webster and Jeff (Colleen) Parks; dear grandfather of Fayth, Daniel, Joye, Hope, Chelsi, Shawna, Thomas “T.J.”, Taylor, Heather, Brendan, Joseph and Grace; dear son of the late Thomas and Lula Parks; dear brother of Ron (Cecilia), Bob (Velma “JO”) and the late Carol and Mary Jane; dear brother-in-law of Mary Jane (the late Tony), Helen (the late Willie) and Debbie (Ronn); dear friend of the late George (survived by Cindy) Niehoff.

Mr. Parks was a retired St Louis Metropolitan Police Officer and former security officer with Nooter Corp.

Services; Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel 10151 Gravois, Friday September 30 10:00 AM until services at 12 Noon. Memorials to Backstoppers appreciated.

  3. I knew him as Uncle Dee… He was my husband’s very best friend… Uncle Dee was one of a kind he would give you the shirt off his back and do anything in the world for his friends and family. I’m sure the coffee has not stopped flowing since he arrived!
