Patricia-Payne-2

In Loving Memory

Payne, Patricia J.

Payne, Patricia J. Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Monday December 19, 2022. We know she is walking in the streets of Heaven. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Doris (nee Schaumburg) Payne. Dearest sister of the late Bill Sr. (Peggy) Payne. Loving aunt of Billy Payne and Casey (Patrick) Eberle. Great aunt of Evelyn Eberle. Preceded in death by her cousin and caregiver Virginia Payne. Our dear aunt and friend to many.

Patty Payne brought joy, love and laughter to so many. She loved her family very much and enjoyed her time with her neighbors and friends. Became a loving and caring Aunt to those that knew her best and enjoyed hearing about what all of her loved ones were doing. Always game for another snack, playing dominos, saying her rosaries everyday, watching her favorite shows or watching the Cardinals play and listening to Elvis.

Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday December 28, 10:00 am until funeral at 12:00 noon. Interment Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Handicapped Encounter Christ (H.E.C.) is appreciated

  1. Patty truly enfleshed what the Creator wanted us to do: love one another. Thanks for sharing Patty with the HEC community as all the Payne family became part of ours… We love you Patty and know you are forever Encountering Christ in Paradise– with no more “handicaps”or limitations!…

  5. Patty was a sincere light in our world and will be missed greatly. I consider myself one of the lucky ones to have known her over the years. There is – and never will be – anyone truly like her. Much love and comfort to you, Casey, Patrick and Evelyn.

  7. I met your aunt a few times at the gatherings at your home. Each time, she had a smile on her face. Her friendly and loving spirit shined through the few times I was in her presence. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
