Special companion of Kathy Downs; loving dad of Julie, Rich, Ken, Kirk (Tami) and Kristi (Robert);  beloved grandpa of Laura, Jennifer (Jack), Baxter, Nikki (Matt), Lauren (Luke), Alyssa (Craig), Kraig, Kaytlin and Nick; great-grandpa of 7; brother-in-law of Jim (Pat) McDerby; uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

Dick was President and founder of Pemaco, Inc., in the brotherhood of Lambda Beta Lambda and graduated St. Mary’s High School 1957.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Friday, May 20, 9:15 a.m. to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 1919 S. 7th St. Interment Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Huntington Disease Society or American Cancer Society appreciated. Visitation Thursday, 3-8 p.m.
