Jane Frances Perry (nee Roussin) was born October 09, 1952. She lived her whole life in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from Bishop DuBourg High School in 1971.
She worked her whole career as a federal employee. First as a secretary, then as a cartographer/lithographer, then as a contractor for the National Imagery and Mapping Agency.
God and family were most important to her. She always had so much love and encouragement to share in everything she did and said, there was always a rosary or book to share. She enjoyed all the family gatherings (especially birthday and holiday parties), singing, shopping at estate sales, sewing, decorating for Christmas, painting, beating her husband at Rummy and most other card games, vacationing, meals at the Blue Owl, and attending weekly and holy day masses at her parish. There are so many words that are hard to express how much she will be missed and there are so many memories to cherish.
Jane is preceded in death by her parents, John and Marian Roussin. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Mark Allen 6 7/8 Perry; her children, Laura and Ryan (Liz); her grandchild, Robin Perry; her sisters and brother, Carolyn (Ron Slattery) Gerber, Nita (the late Lou) Grass, Dorey (Bill) Trupiano, and John Roussin; her nephews and nieces, Ed, Chris, Anthony, Katie, Lou and Kelly; and her numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Her love for her family and God will be remembered by all who met and interacted with her.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at the following times on October 22, 2025:
- 10:30AM: Visitation at Queen of all Saints (6603 Christopher Dr)

Jane was my dear friend in Christ!
A steady heart full of love and mercy and joy.
I’ll never forget her laugh, her kindness, and her unwavering faith!
Grateful she was my friend!
We are sending our heart, prayers and strength. We were blessed to have such a beautiful neighbor ❤️🙏
I had the privilege of serving Mr. and Mrs. Perry at The Blueowl. When her and Mark would get sat in my section I would always get excited. I looked forward to our talks. She was always so patient and eager to hear my next accomplishment or encourage me when I was scared to take the next step in my life. II loved how she loved Mr. Perry, you could see it in the way they joked with each other. It was an honor to be able to serve her and Mark. My heart is hurting for the entire Perry family. But as believers in Christ we all know she is basking in God‘s glory and is complete in his love for eternity. ❤️
Jane was a wonderful neighbor. Always smiled and gave a wave or stopped to talk. We will miss her.

Jane worked with me at defense mapping center. She was so nice and friendly and such a joy to talk to. She will be missed but never forgotten
I loved serving Jane and her husband every Friday at pasta house. She always was a funny lady, told mark he always had to pay the bill. They were the cutest, always held hands at the table so sweet ❤️ I wish I would’ve served you one last time🥺 I love you Miss Jane 💕 you’ll always be in my heart forever 🥰
I found out far too late to say goodbye. Mark and Jane were regulars of mine at First Watch. They were both always so supportive of my teaching career and watched me grow my choir program from nothing. My heart is absolutely broken for Mark. I have so much love for Jane and I am so sorry I found out you were gone so late. Mark, you are in my thoughts and my most mindful prayers. ❤️
