(nee Theobald) Asleep in Jesus on Tuesday December 13, 2016. Beloved wife of Joseph J.  Phinney for 67 years; dear  mother of Dennis Phinney,  Debbie Zieroff, Danny and Joe Phinney; our dear grandmother of 8; great-grandmother of 6;  sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin and friend.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255  Lemay Ferry Rd, Thursday  December 15, 4 – 8 pm, then to  Concordia Lutheran Church (Kirkwood) Friday December 15 for visitation at 9 am until service at 10 am. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
