Pinson, Gary Wayne

In Loving Memory

Pinson, Gary W.

March 30, 1943 - April 8, 2024

Gary, passed away peacefully at home, on Monday, April 8, 2024

Gary was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 30, 1943. He was the son of the late Everett James and Maida (Aubuchon) Pinson. Gary departed this life on Monday, April 8, 2024, at his residence, surrounded by family, having reached the age of 81.

Gary was an amazing family man, full of energy and had a caring heart. His family was his whole world, always wanted to make sure they are safe and well cared for.

He loved spending time with his grandchildren and always made each of them feel special. He had an entrepreneurial mindset, starting up new businesses and even after his retirement, continuing his mentorship/support in helping his daughter in her business.

Gary leaves to cherish his memory: very dear to his heart, his beautiful, loving wife of 63 years, Barbara A. Pinson; daughters, Michele C. Thiel and Tisha A. Pinson;  and grandchildren, Isabella, Gabriella, and Shaynee; his surviving siblings, Marilyn, Donna, and Cheryl; nieces and nephews; family and friends.

Service Friday, April 12, 10:00 a.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd.  Entombment Sunset Mausoleum.  Visitation Thursday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.

  3. Gary was the greatest man on earth. He’s also the man I’ve been lucky enough to call dad all my life.
His compassion, his courage, his strength, and his integrity and drive to stay with the fight and never give up in what you believe has definitely been instilled in me. Thank you dad for all that you’ve done for me and your family we all love you forever and always. I know you’re standing in line now to get your wings. Please be at peace and cradled with love from all of us that you left temporarily here on earth. Until we meet again. I love you forever. Your daughter, Michele
