Beloved father of Tara (fiance Aaron Wells) Plogsted; loving grandfather of Quentin and Karter Wells; adoring son of the late William and Martha Plogsted; dear brother of Thomas “Tom” (Sally) Plogsted. Our dearest nephew, relative and friend to many.
Howard worked in the construction industry for many years at Ridenhour Construction and Pro Water Proofing, and lastly as a tree trimmer with his friend Barry Rapier.
Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. St. Louis, MO. 63123 on Sunday, December 12, from 1-5 pm. with funeral service time at 2:00 pm. Interment will be held in private.
