In Loving Memory

Rawie, Lou Allie

Our family sadly lost our loving mother, Lou Allie Rawie (nee Cash), lovingly known as “Sis” this past Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the age of 87.

She was the beloved wife of the late Patrick E. Rawie, dear mother to Patrick E. Jr. (Tonya), Larry (Terry), Danny (Kitty), Brent (Sonja) and the late Ronda Rawie.  Lou was grandmother to Zachary, Jamie, Ashley, Samantha, Michael and Erin, and great-grandmother to Hailey, William and August.  She was the sister of Jimmy Cash, and the late Donald, Ray and Frank Cash.

Two things our dear mother valued more than anything else in her life … the love of her family, and her faith.  She was happiest surrounded by her family … no matter what the occasion.  She absolutely loved being a part of both her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives.

Lou was a founding member of the Vandover Baptist Church in Fenton, MO beginning her attendance there in 1967.  She cherished the friendships made in the 50+ years she attended.

Lou participated in the Red Hat Society with her girlfriends, which she enjoyed immensely.

At Lou’s request, there will be a short memorial service followed by interment at Brown Cemetery (Black, MO) on Wednesday, November 2 at 1:00 pm

Contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Lou’s honor.

  3. Lou “Sis” was my cousin and we spent our childhood doing a lot of happy things. I am so sorry to hear of her passing, she will be sadly missed, but she has left a lot of great memories.
