Regan, Joseph P, “Joe”

56, died Saturday, November 27th 2021 from a viral brain disease. He is survived by his siblings John Regan, Tom Regan, Rob Regan and Mary Walsch, and his former spouse Kristin Deeg Regan, and preceded in death by his sister Deb Oertle.

Joe attended St. Mary Magdalen elementary school and Southwest and St. Mary’s High Schools. Joe served in the U.S. Army for 6 years, receiving his honorable discharge in 1989. Joe was an award-winning shop steward for the National Association of Letter Carriers and was deeply loved by many union brothers and sisters. Joe was an avid rifle-hunter, bow-hunter and fisherman, and raised many happy dogs.

Services: Kutis Funeral Home 10151 Gravois Road, Sunday, December 5th 3:30pm – 8pm, funeral at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 4924 Bancroft, Monday, December 6th 2021 at 9:30am, burial at Jefferson Barracks. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project and/or Hope for Paws.
