July 29, 1931 - August 27, 2025


Lydia Mae Renner was born in Steelville, Mo on July 29, 1931, Daughter of the late Harold and Margery Brand. She peacefully gained her wings to heaven on August 27, 2025, surrounded by family in St Louis, Mo. Resting in peace she is now together again with her late husband, Walter Frank Renner.

Lydia lived her life giving her love and spending her days making fun memories with her friends and family. She was also a proud, longtime member of Sherwood Baptist Church of Webster Groves, Mo. Where she dedicated her life to God, witnessing her strong faith to her loved ones. Lydia was resident of Bethesda Orchard Webster Groves, Mo. Where she made friends with many other residents and staff members.

Preceded in death by her siblings; Eugene Brand (Thelma), Fern Christy (Bill), James Brand (Wanda), Donald Brand (Doris)

Survived by her siblings Doris Walters (Jack), Allen Brand (Linda), 15 nieces, nephews and many extended family members of which she made a point to know and be part of their lives. Especially those who were in her daily life: Steve (Cyn) Brand, Lori (Jason) Chambers and family, Geneva (Bob) McCullogh and family, Steven McCullough and family, Janet Schambach and family.

Her devotion to Family will forever be remembered..

Service: Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Rd. St. Louis, Mo. 63123. Visitation September 2, 2025 from 4p.m. to 8p.m. Service on September 3, 2025 at 10a.m. Interment Jefferson barracks National Cemetery.
