Retkowski, David Francis

May 16, 1958 - September 12, 2024

David F. Retkowski, age 66, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024. He was a cherished father, proud grandfather, and a beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Known for his wit, humor, and gracious spirit, Dave brought joy and laughter to those around him. He will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his three loving children and seven grandchildren, as well as his siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Dave was a proud veteran, having served our country with honor and dedication.

A private ceremony to honor his life will be held on October 18, 2024, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Kutis Funeral Home – Affton Chapel.

  1. I love Dave very much. He was more than a cousin, he was my friend. I will forever miss him and cry. Dave was a remarkable man who I admired and respected. Heaven has another 😇 angel.
