Beloved husband of the late Eileen Ann Rice (nee Dickneite); dearest father of Douglas (Elvira) Rice, Gregory (Bonnie) Rice and Karen (Randy) Medved; dear grandpa of Darren (Lori) Rice, Kristie (Mike) Hanna, Kevin (Jami) Rice, Allison (Austin) Ploeger, Jennifer Rice, Katie (David) Rice, David (Amanda) Rice, Melissa (Andrew) LaRose, Melanie Medved and Megan (Tyler) Wright; great-pawpaw of 20; brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
John owned Commercial Electric Motor Service since 1966. His hobbies included going to Soulard and New Orleans, his “Friday Garage Crew” and drinking moonshine.
