In Loving Memory

Rinck, Erlene Louise

Erlene Louise Rinck, was born  in St. Louis on December 29, 1942 and passed away on May 15, 2024.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Rinck, her parents, Earl and Bernice Reddick, and sister, Geraldine (Reddick) Moore.

On April 28, 1962 she married her beloved, Fred Rinck, in a beautiful ceremony at Francis DeSailles church, marking the beginning of a shared life filled with love and devotion until his death June 10, 2020.

Erlene’s love extended to her three children, Christine (Chuck) Wright, Barbara (Steve) Huesgen, and Brian (Cathy) Rinck, who remember her as a nurturing soul, always ready with a comforting word or an engaging story. Her seven grandchildren, Colton, Connor & Kayla Huesgen, Kylie & Christian Wright, Danielle & Dylan (Emily) Rinck, will carry her legacy of kindness and joy.

Erlene was a master at crossword puzzles, avid book reader and enjoyed playing Scrabble. Her famous red holiday jello and beef brisket were the highlights of family gatherings.  She will be remembered as a loving mother who always put her children and grandchildren first.  Erlene will be missed greatly.
