Rohrbach; dearest mother of Geraldine(Richard) Vogt, the late Philip(Mary)Wesley, Paul(Tina) Wesley, dear grandmother of Elizabeth(Jason) McWhorter, Matthew(Caitlin) Vogt, Deborah (Jason) Musielak, Philip(Tabatha) Wesley Jr., Brittany (Brandon) Hartloge, Brandon Wesley; dear great-grandmother of Tyler, Rachel, Alexander, Declan, Brenden, Tiernan, Alyssa, Carter, Jack; dear step-mother of David (Sharon) Rohrbach, Kathy (Carolyn Hill) Rohrbach, Jody (Robert) Hartwig, Richard (Karen) Rohrbach; dear step-grandmother of Shawn (Mike) Kim, Scott (Anna) Rohrbach, Katy (Josh) Kidwell, Maggie (Chris) Stark, Chloe and Evie Rohrbach; loving step- great grandmother of Ryan, Alyssa, Shannon, Joseph, Sophie, (the late) Zoey, Cheyenne, Nathan, Wyatt and Charlie.
Joyce was an active member of St. Marks Catholic Church where she served as President of the Soldality, Picture Committee, Communion Ministry serving at church, Sherbrook and private homes, Outreach Program, and tutoring elementary students.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Marks Catholic Church or The American Breast Cancer Society.
The family would like to thank the staff of Bethesda South Gate for their loving care and support.
Services: Funeral from KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road (at Butler Hill) to St. Marks Church (4200 Ripa Ave. off Union Road) December 27 for mass at 10:30 a.m. Following Mass, burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation on Sunday, December 26, 4-8 p.m at Kutis South County Chapel.
My mom (Bobbie Losh/Gould) was best friends with Joyce and Herm. Joyce was always so funny and full of life!!! Quick to laugh and slow to judge. She was such a lovely person!!! She never stopped missing and loving Phil. He was her boy. Oh, Joyce, my mom is going to be SOOO happy to see you!!!!!!!! Give her and Fred a hug from me!!! ‘k? Oh, I know you will have a WONDERFUL reunion with Phil and Herm!!! It’s been SOOOO long!!! Well, Joyce, I’ll see you when I see you!!!! Until then, know you were loved by many!!!!
