Such an amazing energetic generous woman. All my memories of Mrs Roper are happy and fond. From the days of parties in there basement to watching her with her grands and great grands. I’m sure she was greeted with open arms and a resounding “welcome my good and faithful servant”. May she rest in peace and my perpetual light shine upon her.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Will keep you in my thoughts and prayers..
Dan and Stephanie – deepest sympathy to your entire family. Mothers are so precious, sorry for your broken heart.
My parents were very good friends with Janet’s parents. John and i spent many summers with Janet and family. Although she was older than i she was always kind to me. MAY SHE REST IN PEACE !
So sorry for your loss. She was such a nice lady and fun to bowl with. May she rest in peace and God heal your broken hearts.
She was my closest and dearest friend. Always a phone call away. Will miss her so much.
Such a joy. A great honor and pleasure to know your mom and grandma. I am so sorry for your loss. She is in my heart. She was so wonderful to me.
I’m so very sorry for your loss! Mrs. Roper was such a fun, kind, hard-working lady. I’m sure Cheri and I gave her many a headache back in our grade school days! (I think we gave Mr and Mrs Ricklin a few headaches, too!🤭)
I saw her a few times when she was picking up her great granddaughter at Union Preschool and she looked exactly as she had back in the day. And still just as fun and sweet. You’ll all be in my prayers.

I was so blessed to have known her her for ages. She lived across the street from us.
I would see her smiling face quite often, and wave or exchange a word as we passed.
Jan loved dogs and watched our dog Riley in emergencies and in pleasure.
Jan was a very strong woman and
Always had everyone’s best interest at heart.
Her love for her family was absolutely beautiful!

So sorry for your loss. Janet sat in front of me at the 4:30 pm Mass on Saturdays., and we would always chat in church and walking home from church. She was such a pleasant lady. Was such a shock when I received the phone call last Monday that she passed away. Will miss her very much.
Our most hospitable cousin. From hosting our wedding rehearsal party and the many Christmas parties for the Ryan clan- you made family fun!
You are missed by John and Mary Alice and all the Ryan clan.
