Ruth A. Hart

Ruth Hart was born on February 17, 1952 in Bonne Terre, Missouri to Albert and Edith (nee Duncan) Clements, and entered into rest on October 4, 2023 at the age of 71.

Ruth is the beloved wife of William Hart, the dear sister of the late Betty (Dale) Brooks, dear aunt of Nancy Brooks, and the dear Great-Aunt of Jessica Kelly.

She was known to have been an excellent business woman; having been formerly recognized as the female entrepreneur of the year. Ruth founded and ran her own successful cleaning business, and later became a senior center Administrator. She loved to travel, and was a collector of rocks and gem stones.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Friday October 13, at 12:30 PM. VISITATION from 10:00 AM till time of service. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
