In Loving Memory

Rych, Mary Ann T. (nee Catalano)

September 19, 1942 - March 9, 2024

Saturday, March 9, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph G. Rych; loving mother of the late Julie Marie (surviving David) Vien; adoring grandmother of Linsey (Kevin) Betzer and Nicole Vien; cherished great-grandmother of Brian, Matthew and Brycen; dear daughter of the late Vito Catalano and Lillian Busse; dear sister of Mike and Vic (Gay) Catalano and the late Sandy (surviving Don) Clark; dear aunt of Michael (Dana) Johnson. Our dearest relative and friend to many.

Mary Ann had a heart of gold and would do anything to help anyone. She was always there to listen and give any advice she could.

She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren dearly they were the light of her life. She was always thrilled to spend time with them and spoil them in any way she could.

She loved going to the casino and was quite lucky. She had all different types of lucky superstitions she believed in, one was having her daughter wish her good luck right before she went. She would remind you every year to wash your face with a silver coin for luck

She knew all the newest fashion, skin and hair care product trends watching QVC and HSN selling channels. She loved going to the hill, taking walks, being outside, lunch dates with friends, and having coffee with donuts.

She loved to cook and bake and hosted all of the holidays in her younger years.

She loved going to the horse races and Cuba mo with her family. She had a love for all dogs but especially her (late) Packy, (late) Dolly, (late) Mandy and Georgia as they were all cared for like her children.

Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, March 15 from 11:00 am. until Funeral Service time at 2:00 pm. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.
