  2. I met Colleen while working at Paragon Group. I was so very fortunate to have worked with her at Tempo Apartments for two years. We had so much fun! She had the best sense of humor, and we shared many laughs together. Colleen loved God and she was such a great example to me of what it means to be a faithful servant of our Lord. I am so lucky to have been called a friend of hers and I am very honored to have called her my friend. I love you, Colleen.

Not only was she effective, she was one of the most reliable and flexible team members I’ve ever known. I’m grateful to have been her friend/ supervisor and know she will be dearly missed.

  10. I first met Colleen in August of 2016 at Canyon Creek. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a warm smile and open arms. It was one of those rare encounters where you instantly feel like you’ve known someone for years.

We spent countless hours together, side by side, navigating through the many changes and challenges throughout our careers. Whether it was the chaos of a busy day or the unknowns that always seemed to arise, Colleen was there with her unwavering presence. Through all of that, the one thing that never changed was her—her kindness, her genuine spirit, her laughter that could light up any room.

Colleen was more than just a colleague; she was a friend and a constant source of wisdom. She had a way of making everything seem a little more manageable, always ready to offer advice or simply a listening ear. Her knowledge was vast, but it was her warmth and her infectious laugh that made her unforgettable.

She was an incredible woman—strong, thoughtful, and full of grace. Even as life changed around us, Colleen remained a steady presence, someone I could always count on.

I love you, Colleen. You will forever be in my thoughts.

One of our fond memories is when we had the good fortune of getting together with Colleen, all of our cousins and grandchildren. Bob and I missed seeing her when we moved South. We will always remember her sweet smile, infectious laugh and caring ways. Love to all, Kathy and Bob Saitz

  12. I’m deeply sorry to see we lost Colleen. I was so lucky when I hired her in early 2000s at Canyon Creek! We all loved Colleen with her infectious laughter and jokes. I always said she will lease more than anyone in our business! She loved leasing, loved chatting. She had the best stories of love, heartbreak and life itself. I’m sure she’s leasing heaven up as I type this. Rest in forever peace Colleen.

  15. Colleen was my mentor and my friend. I lost touch with her over the past 9 years, and I am so, so sorry about that. She was fierce, loyal, honest and as sharp as a tack. If she was your friend, she was a friend for life. If she believed in you, she was always in your corner. She lived a tragic family life, but saw the humor in everything. Some of the best belly laughs I’ve ever experienced were with her. I’ll miss the twinkle in her Irish eyes, and also her eye rolls! She was always up for a good prank and could always take a joke, and believe me when I say there were many!
