Dear father of Michael (Mary) Santoro of Festus, Daniel (Chelsey) Santoro of DeSoto and Samuel (Jennifer) Santoro of Barnhart. Dear grandfather of Ashlyn, Mikey, Charlea, Rylee, Ella and Gianna. Dear brother of Willie Santoro, Bob Witcher, Frank Santoro, Paula Cashman, Sally Newman and Robert Santoro. Dear uncle of Megin Santoro, Nick Santoro, Zach Santoro and Chelsea Santoro. Our dear great uncle and friend.

Memorial Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Monday January 19, 2:00 pm until memorial service at 6:00 pm. Service concludes at the funeral home.

  1. Uncle Joe who was also my god father, we shared many memories. He always made special time for me in my younger years which are the most precious memories that I hold on to. Rest in peace love Diane

  4. Joe was what we called a screw shooter in the trim shop I was in chassis and we were the bolt throwers . me and him became very good friends in the transition between the north and south plants . great Guy always a smile and a cut up. The u-a-w has lost a nother great soldier.god bless
