Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Beloved husband of Lynn P. Schaefer (nee Garner); loving father of Christine (Brooks) Demijan and Stephanie Chill; adoring Poppy of John and Emily Newbury, Brynn and Trey Demijan; dear brother of suzanne (Charlie) Faletti, Chris (Karen) Schaefer, Mark (the late Jan) Schaefer; our dearest brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Bill was a member of the Classic Thunderbird Club of St. Louis.

 Memorial Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Sunday, June 11 from 4-8 p.m., then St. Ambrose Catholic Church on Monday, June 12 from 8:30 a.m. until Mass time at 9:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
