Dear father of Ron Schaeffer, Bob (Sherry) Schaeffer and the late Mike Schaeffer. Adored Grandpa, Gramps, Pops, Pa and Grampsy Pampsy of Shelly (Chris) Kilburn, Lana Schaeffer, Valerie Schaeffer, Rachel (Kyle Weldon) Schaeffer and Kyle Schaeffer, and great grandfather of Karisa, Valerie, Amiaya, Josef and Keagan. Lifelong friend of Richard Eichhorst. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle and friend.
He was a 40 year member of American Legion Post 162 and a 66 year member of Southside Conservation. The family would like to express a special heartfelt appreciation to all the angels at de Greef Hospice House for so lovingly taking care of Cotton.
Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Tuesday, September 29 at 10:00 am. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Southside Convseravtion Federation, c/o Rachel Schaeffer, 4839 Daltrey Ct. (63129) appreciated. Visitation Monday 4-7 pm.
