Schlote, Mark L.

On July 24th 2019  Mark L. Schlote passed away at age 64, after a sudden illness.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents Virgil and Maxine Schlote (nee Lukens). He is survived by 6 brothers, Michael (and the late Deb), Patrick (Carol), Doug (Elizabeth), Kenneth (Audrey), Larry (and the late Brenda Benton) and Jeff Schlote and 4 sisters,  Debbie (Barry) Schmidt, Kathy Mosley, Sandy (Bill) Kimes and Yvonne Schlote and as well as many nieces and nephews. Mark was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a member of American Legion.  Mark worked many years as  mechanical technician, most recently at the Eureka WalMart auto department.  Mark was a life long voracious reader of a wide variety of topics, as a result was a highly coveted team member for all family trivia night events! Please join us in celebrating the life of our beloved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

Services:  Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Road on Monday, August 5, 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon.  Interment J. B. National Cemetery.
