Schmid, Charles E. Jr.               7-30-1924   6-7-2019

On June 7th 2019, Charles E. Schmid Jr joined his wife Jeannine, mother Norma father Charles and brother Norman “Bud” in heaven.  Charles ”Charlie” was a devoted husband, loving grandfather, faithful friend and cousin. He served his country honorable in the Korean War and was a longtime member of the Carpenter’s Union.  Charlie enjoyed playing piano, baseball, model trains, and building model airplane gliders just like he did on a life-size scale during World War II. He leaves behind his cousins Tom and Roger Schneiders, step children Patricia (Ed) Wiley, Joe (Donna) Francis and Larry (Jeanie) Francis, his grandchildren Kim (Derek) Hart, Chip (Chris) Tipton, Caroline (Jacob) Chavez, Adam and Rachel Francis, and great grandchildren Chase, Katie, Jonathon, Grace Tipton, and Diana Chavez.  He will be dearly missed.
