  1. I worked with Bruce for several years. He was a dedicated and conscientious officer who always did an excellent job. He helped all officers in their endeavors. I had the pleasure of meeting his Son, Rowdy as a young man. I could tell he was raised having great parents.
    It was a pleasure to know and work with Bruce.
