Beloved husband of Barbara Schrader (nee Hicks); loving father of Donn and Darren (Marcy) Schrader and Stephanie (Gavin) Palatt; adoring grandfather of Dylan, Madeline, Alicia and Gavin Jr.; dear  brother of Joanne, Patricia and David; our dearest brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many. Memorial visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, September 22 from 10 am. to 12 noon, with procession to J.B. National Cemetery.

  1. So damn sorry to hear of his passing. The Schrader Family is like Family to us. He fought hard for so many years, and won… God just decided it was time to stop fighting, and rest. It was his time to go Home. No more pain. You are in our prayers.

  5. We are so sorry to hear that Steve passed away! He was our tax man @ H.R. Block Kirkwood,Mo. He was always so nice and always made us laugh! We had our taxes done tonight & they told us the very sad news! He was the best! “May The Perpetual Light Shine Upon Him” May He Rest In Peace! Amen! Mary, Jack, & Brent Oesterle Kirkwood,Missouri
