Seay (nee Qualls); loving father of the late Hope Marie Seay, Holly (Chris) Even and Sarah (Richard) Seay Johnson; dear Papa of Alexandria, Madison, Amelia, Luke, Scarlett, Jack and Tom; dear brother of the late Floyd, William and Lemuel Seay; dear uncle, brother-in-law, cousin and friend.
Mr. Seay was a former 32nd degree Mason.
Services: Memorial service at Concordia Lutheran Church (505 South Kirkwood Rd., 63122) on Sunday September 16 at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow at church.
