In Loving Memory

Simmerman, Jane

It is with great sadness that the family of Jane Simmerman announce her passing on May 10, 2021. Jane will be remembered by her sister, Anne Sullivan, her three nieces, Courtney, Elizabeth (Lakhwinder), and Nora, and her two grand-nieces, Evelyn and Alexis, who will miss her dearly.  A native of St. Louis, Jane enjoyed many years as a loyal TWA employee and had many adventures and stories to tell us through the years.  Jane was a cat lover who cared so much for each of her cats during her life.

Memorial Mass will be held on June 25th @ 10:00 am at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 5801 Pernod, St Louis, MO. 63139

Memorial donations in memory of Jane may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, 6065 Duda Rd., House Springs, MO 63051

  1. To Jane Simmerman’s Family and friends,
My very deepest condolences to you, in Jane’s passing. Jane was a good friend to me, at TWA, in St. Louis, and later, when I returned to Los Angeles, in 1995. Jane and I had many good conversations, and I will sorely miss her.

    God bless you all.
    Kind regards,
    Linda Huthmaker/Torrance, CA.

  3. My late wife Kathy (Daly) Voelz grew up with Jane and Anne Simmerman. I met Anne a few times when she came back to St Louis to visit. I may have met Jane once or twice but I know that Kathy kept in touch with Jane for many years. She was a SSA employee and helped Jane with her father’s benefits. I always knew she was a good daughter caring for her father. My prayers are with the family.
