Simpson, Terry

69, passed Thursday, May 10, 2018 following a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janice (Stieferman) Simpson; son, Matthew (Michelle) Simpson; daughter, Angela Simpson; and two grandchildren, Joshua and Benjamin; and many friends.

 Terry attended Roosevelt High School, graduating in 1968. In 1969, he joined the United States Army, where he was a SP4. After he was discharged, Terry was hired by the United States Postal Service as letter carrier in Fenton. Terry’s passion was bowling in several leagues and tournaments all over the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. In his retirement, Terry enjoyed traveling with his wife, playing with his grandchildren, and taking walks with his daughter and faithful dog, Abby.

 Services: Visitation will be Sunday May 13, from 3 – 8pm at Kutis Funeral Home in Affton, Missouri. Funeral will be at St. John Lutheran Church in Arnold, Missouri on Moday at 10 am. Burial will take place immediately following the funeral service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. A luncheon will follow the burial at St. John Lutheran Church.
