In Loving Memory

Sims, Robert “Bobby”

Robert “Bobby” Sims, age 46, passed away in the loving arms of his wife, mother, family and friends on July 2, 2024. He was born on March 5, 1978 to mother Sheila Smith (Bob) and preceded in death by father Robert Sims. Father to Gavin and Sawyer Sims.
He is survived by his wife of only 2 years of marriage Angie Sims (Jansen) after waiting for her for 30 years. She was his only one true love after meeting in high school when they used to cruise Lindbergh. They reconnected in marriage all these years later.
Dear brother of Deborah Scharlott (Daniel) and niece Adrian. Step Brother Craig (Shannon) Smith. Amazing Son in law to Daniel (Patricia) Jansen. Best Brother in Law to Tommy Jansen and Julie (Bryon) Madonna. He was preceded in death by grandmother Reba Maxine Sims and step brother Gary Kleinheider.
Everyone loved Robert and his friends and family will miss him everyday. When he wasn’t helping everyone who needed it you could find him camping, fishing, dancing in the kitchen with Angie, making homemade salsa, and just hanging with his best friend and wife.
The residents at Fox Chase Apartments will always remember his unselfish ways he loved and took care of them. He was the best uncle to the crew who spent the night often and wanted to spend time with the man they idolized. Haley, Landen, James, Tom, Aubrey and Jake – Robert loved you to the moon and back.
Loved dearly by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews , cousins and stepfamily and friends.
Memorials will be planned and family and friends will be notified of the details.
