Asleep in Jesus Wed., Jan. 11, 2023, in his 82nd year.  Beloved husband of Karen Slama (Kanter); dear father of Mark (Hiromi), Brendan (Emily), Nathan (Alison) Slama, Andrea (Matt) Young, and the late Julie Slama.  Adoring grandfather of Zachary, Tyler, and Caylie Slama.  Dear brother of Donna Williams, and Louis Garavaglia;  our dearest brother-in-law, uncle and friend of many.

Services: Mr Slama in state at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois, on Sunday, Jan. 15, from 1-4 p.m. Then taken to Epiphany Lutheran Church on Monday, Jan. 16, for visitation from 12 noon, until time of service at 1 p.m.  Interment at Sunset Cemetery.  Contributions to Fr. Flanagan’s Boys Town or National Arbor Day Foundation appreciated.
