Smith, Clarence M., 69, on Friday July 4, 2025. Dear son of the late Ottis & Juanita (nee: Bland) Smith. Loving husband of Judy Rigney-Smith. Beloved father of  Mike, Tony, Angela and James Smith.  Loving grandfather of Anthony, Hannah, Alayna, Abram, April, Lashell and Oliva. Dearest brother of the late Audrey Mendoza, the late Gail DeClue, the late Sharon Brown, the late Brenda Smith, Timmy and Gary Smith. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS CITY CHAPEL (2906 Gravois Ave., 63118) on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 7:00pm. Interment Private. Visitation Wednesday, July 9, from 4:00-8:00pm

  1. I worked with Mike while I was at Forestry Division. He was my inspector and one of the best! Learned so much from him! He was an outstanding asset to the City of St Louis/Forestry Division.

  3. I’ve only known Mike a yr or so through a good friend/brother of mine and the things I will always remember of him is his humor and his love for “Charlie” And Charlie and the other Charlie.
