Beloved wife of the late Luckett M. Smith; loving mother of Mark (Lynn), Dean (Sandra) and David (Patricia) Smith, Marjorie (Paul) Cook, Christine (David) Stratmann, Roger and Dale (Catie) Smith, Judy (Dietrich) Karnuth and Carolyn (VInce) Allred; dear grandmother of 21 and great grandmother of 3; dear friend of Jackie and Wayne Miller.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL 10151 Gravois Tuesday July 14, 10 AM until services at 12 Noon, with graveside service at St. Paul Churchyard at 12:15 PM. Memorials to Stray Rescue of St. Louis or American Parkinson Disease Foundation.

  3. I will always remember Frances as a kind, compassionate, and a voracious researcher and lover of family history. She will be missed. My condolences to her family for their Earthly loss, but if I know Frances she is up in Heaven finding her Doutt/Rennison Family and finding out what Really happened. God speed Frances until we meet again…Jan Wilson
