Sonderman, Dale R. “Big Daddy” age 55, Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Beloved husband of Kimberly Sonderman (Nee Leezy) for over 26 years. Dearest father of Emma and Ethan Sonderman; loving son of Karl and Dolores (nee Mueller) Sonderman; dear brother of Teresa (John) Laffler, Vickie Sonderman, Sandra (Tony) Brasier, Colleen (Paul) Bohn, Julie (Matt) Ellison and the late Lisa Sonderman; dear son-in-law of Claude and Nancy Leezy; dear brother-in-law of Julanne (Todd) Howard; our dear uncle, great-uncle, Godfather and friend to all he met. Dale was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School and attended Missouri State where he was a Sig Ep. Dale was second generation owner/operator of the former Jetco Heating and Air Conditioning and most recently a partner in Martin-Jetco Heating and Air Conditioning.

Services: Memorial Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Wednesday, January 10 from 4-7 p.m. Memorial Mass at Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church (6596 Smiley Avenue) Thursday, January 11, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Muscular Dystrophy Association appreciated.

  5. My deepest sympathy to the family of Dale. He will be truly missed. The man never met a stranger and always managed to make all those around him laugh. He had such a quick wit and generous heart. Dale was one of a kind and I will never ever forget him.
