Starnes II, Bruce M. Entered into rest on Sunday, December 26, 2021; beloved husband and best friend of Ellen E. Starnes (nee Richterkessing) for 49 years.; loving father of Bruce (Tracy) Starnes and Stephanie (Clancy) Moore; cherished paw paw of Hayden, Max and Cooper Starnes, Abigail and Matthew Moore; dear brother of Beth (Phil) Marler and the late Craig (surviving Rita) Starnes. Our dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. on Monday, January 3, 11:30 a.m.. Interment J.B. National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Kidney Foundation appreciated. Visitation, Sunday 4-7 p.m.

  5. I was fortunate to call Bruce my friend when he was a picture of good health and hope for a bright future and when his health and hope for the future were challenged beyond comprehension. He was a genuine good guy in both extremes. I will miss you, my friend. Heartfelt condolences to Ellen and your family.

I will really miss those good times with both both Bruce and Ellen. I am so thankful of the memories of him that I will always carry with me. We have truly lost a good man.
