Evelyn L. Steinkamp on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Hillcrest Care Center. Loving wife of the late Otto Steinkamp; loving mother of Lavonne (the late Bob) Covington, Larry D. (Pamela) Steinkamp; Loving grandmother of Amber Covington, Michael (Jennifer) Freiner, Benjamin (Ashley) Steinkamp, Laura Steinkamp, Bradley (Amanda) Steinkamp, Nathan (fiance Rhiannon) Steinkamp; loving great grandmother of Parker, Bayley, Breonna, Logan, Bricelynn, Makenlee, Bennett, Zachary, Grace, Lucas, Grayson, Colton and 4 great-great grandchildren; sister of Hansil and Terry. Dear aunt, niece, cousin and friend to many.
Evelyn enjoyed gardening, music, all wildlife and rescuing cats. She also enjoyed attending First Baptist Church of Arnold. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Services: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Road on Wednesday, March 27 from 10:00 AM until service at 12:00 PM. Interment at Shepherd Hills Cemetery.
