In Loving Memory

Sydnor, John J. “Jack”

passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at the age of 91.

Loyal and loving husband of Jean Marie Sydnor (nee Rogers) for 66 years; dear father of  Thomas (Kimberly) and the late Kurt Sydnor; grandfather of  Tayler and Michael Sydnor and Kristin (Joe) Sidlo.

Jack served as an Electrician on the U.S.S. Cowpens in the Pacific in WWII; graduated from the  University of Missouri at Rolla, MO in 1950 (BSEE). As a registered professional engineer, he  established St. Louis Elevator Company in December of 1966, and retired in 1987.  He loved piloting his plane, golf and  traveling extensively.

Services: Visitation at Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic Church, Monday, March 20, 9 am until funeral mass at 10 am.  Interment Calvary Cemetery.  KUTIS AFFTON SERVICE.
