Laura Lee Taylor, 95, of St.Louis, entered into God’s kingdom on Friday September 1st 2023.

Laura Lee was the dear wife of the late Eric Taylor Jr. Cherished daughter of the late Delmar and Lillian McDaniel. Beloved mother of the late Susan Berkbigler (survived by Bill Berkbigler), the late Robert “Bud” Klein, Joyce (Richard) Lanier, Thomas (Phoebe) Taylor, and Timothy (Lavonne) Taylor. Devoted grandmother of Dr.Kelly Ross, Kerry (Daniel) Ayers, Shannon (Carrie) Lanier, Eric (Kim) Lanier, Constance (Kyle) Vidmar, Melissa Taylor, Timmy Taylor, Glennon (Mackenzie) Taylor, and Jessica Taylor. Great grandmother of Megan, Lauren and Connor Ross, Weston and Adeline Ayers, Penelope, Patrick, and the late Persephone Lanier, Madisyn and Mason Stone, McKenzie Taylor, Luke Vidmar, and Hank Taylor.

Laura Lee is proceeded in death by her sister Rhoda O’Bryan, brother Phillip McDaniel, and brother Junior McDaniel.

Laura Lee married Eric Taylor Jr. in St.Louis on June 4th 1955. Laura was an avid member of Villebrook Baptist Church of Hazelwood, where she was a Sunday school teacher, active member of the choir, and wore many other hats. Laura enjoyed spending most of her time with family and was always the life of the party.

Services; Celebration Of Life on Wednesday September 6,2023. 4-8pm at The Brass Rail (4601 Hwy K OFallon Mo. 63368).

Although we’re grieving, lets take some time to be grateful for the years we had together. Come prepared to share your favorite memories and celebrate a very special life. Laura Lee always loved a good party (as well as being center of attention) we are looking forward to hearing the many stories celebrating her life!

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the WashU Memory & Aging Project.
