Tessaro

In Loving Memory

Tessaro, Charles V. “Charlie”

September 2, 1925 - June 29, 2025

Passed away on Sunday June 29th, 2025, just months shy of his 100th birthday.  He is survived by his wife of 55 years Mary Jane Tessaro.  Following a long career in the printing industry, Charlie retired to spend time pursuing his favorite activities which included bocci ball, dancing, and traveling. In addition, Charlie was an avid golfer playing the game well into his 90’s. He was an active participant in what was lovingly known as the “Old Farts Golf League” as he often won 1st place money and he was the proud owner of many hole in one trophies.  He had a nickname of “Hit em straight Charlie.” He and Mary Jane often traveled to attend well-known tournaments including PGA events.

His was a life well lived.

A graveside service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery 6901 Mackenzie Road 63123 on Tuesday, July 8 at 11:00 am. Meet at the main entrance (closest to Watson Rd. at 10:45 am)

Contributions in his honor may be made to the Bethesda Health Foundation https://bethesdahealth.org/donate/
