Tetreault, Dorothy M. (nee Hummert)

July 15, 1936 - May 17, 2024

Dorothy Marie Tetreault of St. Louis, MO, passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at the age of 87.

Beloved wife of 44 years of James Tetreault and loving mother of Ronald (Jenny) Tetreault.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents Alphonse and Apollonia Hummert, and her brother John Hummert. She is survived by her brothers Raymond (Mary Lee) Hummert, and Robert (Barbara) Hummert, sister-in-law Betty Hummert, and brother-in-law Dennis Tetreault. She leaves behind nieces and nephews, her Dominican sister friends, and many friends at Mother of Perpetual Help.

Dorothy loved children and she spent 49 years teaching at Archdiocesan schools in St. Louis. She loved talking about her many years of attending the Muny Theatre in Forest Park and her good times attending her sons hockey games.

Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Friday, May 24 from 10:00 am. until Funeral Mass time at 11:00 am. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery.
