Beloved husband of the late Joyce “Scottie” Torrisi (nee Scott); loving father of Joe (Sue Bianchi) Torrisi, Phil (Regina Ojile) Torrisi, Kim (Francis) Slay, Kathi (Al) Snyder and Ken Berresheim; dear grandfather of Francis Jr., Kate and Nicolette; dear brother of the late Carm (Bud) Miller, Sam (Max) Torrisi, Dolly (Mel) Berresheim, Frances (Bill) Fitzgerald, Flo (Jim) McCaffrey and Rosalie (surviving Larry) Mueller; dear brother-in-law of the late Farris (Tom) Finn, Jack (Vivian) Scott and Dottie (surviving Bob) Hallahan; dear uncle and friend.

Mr. Torrisi was a member of St. Ambrose Parish and Holy Name Society. A member of The Raven’s, The Crusader’s and The Hill 2000. Served two tours of duty in the U.S. Army during WWII and was a member of The American Legion Rollo  Calcaterra Post 15 and American Legion 40 and 8. Member of Plumber’s and Pipefitter’s Local 562 and served as St. Louis City Plumbing License Examiner for 32 years.

Services: Visitation at St. Ambrose Catholic Church (5130 Wilson Ave.) Tues., Oct. 10, 9 a.m. until Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment National Cemetery. In lieu of  flowers,  memorials to Sick & Elderly of The Hill Program (2315  Macklind Ave. 63110) appreciated. A service of KUTIS  AFFTON Chapel
