Beloved husband of Jovita Tripi (nee Hamtil); loving father of John (Lori) Tripi Jr., Steven (Jill) Tripi and Mary Jo (Doug Myszkowski) Welch; beloved grandfather of Daniel and David Tripi, B.J. (Mindy) Haydar, Anna and John Tripi, Scott (Collette) and Tony Alaimo, Sylvia, Nicole and Sophie Welch, Suzanne and Jonathan Myszkowski; cherished great-grandfather of Bjorn and Mercy Haydar. Our dearest brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel 10151 Gravois Rd. 63123 on Saturday, March 19 at 10:30 am. to Our Lady of Providence Catholic Church for 11:00 am. Mass. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery. Masses preferred or contributions to Catholic Relief or Cross Catholic Outreach appreciated. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm.

    My heart is so deeply broken as I discovered that I have lost one of my most favorite and dearest uncles. I can only imagine your grief and your loss. I have loved you both so much for so long. I send you many prayers and much love, without measure. I love you all so very much and I am at a loss for words. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful he departed to the mercy of God rest in peace,amen.
