Judith Kay Tripp, age 81, of St. Louis, MO, passed away on July 27, 2026 in Cape Girardeau, MO. She was born on December 14, 1944 to Arthur and Doris Decker in Redbud, IL. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1962 and married the love of her life, Larry Wayne Tripp, Sr. in 1963. They were married until his passing in 2001. Judy loved being a mom and loved her family, her dogs, her friends, her Jeep, and Jesus. She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband. She is survived by her son Wayne (Connie) Tripp and her daughter Kathleen (Tom) Gibbons as well as the grandchildren and great grandchildren she loved so much. A private graveside service will be held in her memory at Sunset Memorial Park in Affton, MO. To the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of Judy and Larry, I offer my sincere condolences on the death of your Mom and Dad. I knew both from school and church. I also worked with Larry at the Federal reserve.
