Loving wife of Richard “Rich” A. Turner; devoted mother of Anne (Joe) Perry, Tracy (Michael) Turner-Bumberry, and Rick Turner; adoring grandmother of Genna (Matt), June, Savannah, Rachel, and Sam; dearest daughter of the late Edward and Myrtle Wehmeyer (nee Herzog; our dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Joyce thrived in her role as stay-at-home mom for many years while her children were young.
She later worked at Boeing and retired from there after 22 years. In both roles, Joyce brought commitment and care in all that she did.
Joyce enjoyed movies, going to church, outings with family, and especially going to live theater at Stages and the Fox. She was a prayerful woman and could be counted on to pray for anyone in need. Above all, her greatest love was her family. They were her everything, and she was deeply devoted to them.

SERVICES: Visitation will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2 Seton Ct., 63303) on Thursday, August 20th from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM with Mass beginning at 11:00 AM. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
