Beloved husband of Nancy Vahldieck (nee Frank); dear father of Jill (Craig) Hegel and Carrie Vahldieck; loving grandfather of Samuel and Madeline Hegel; dearest son of Geneva and the late Victor Vahldieck; dear uncle of Tom, Dan and Nick Frank; brother-in-law, cousin and friend.

Services: Funeral from Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry, Friday, August 27, 9:30 a.m. to St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions to pancan.org greatly appreciated.  Visitation Thursday, 4-8 p.m.
