Passed away surrounded by family on Friday Feb. 23, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Charles A. “Andy” Valley, dearest daughter of the late Ray and Lula Carroll. Beloved mother of Glenda (Bryan) Jones, Charles (Colleen) Valley and Michael (Amanda) Valley. Loving grandmother of Jacob (Grace) Jones, Christopher (Rebecca) Jones, Kelly Skelton, Kyle (Taylor) O’Driscoll, Courtney Kranawetter, Raymond Valley, Jeffrey (Kari) Valley and Alex Valley. Great grandmother of Kevin, Kaden, Kylie and Dahlia Jones, Seth & Sean Skelton, Noah Malear, Shaelyn Smith and October Valley. Dear sister of Leon Carroll, Wanda Finchem, Eugene Carroll, Vivian Henderson, Geraldine Dillon, Don (Toni) Carroll and the late Gary Carroll. Dear sister-in-law of the late Virginia Carroll, Charlean Carroll, Doug Finchem and Mike Dillon. Our dear aunt, great-aunt and friend.

Services; Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Tue. 3/5 at 10AM. Interment New St. Marcus Cemetery. Visitation at Kutis Monday 4-8PM

  5. We are so sorry to hear of your loss of Shirley. I first met her working at Charless and knew her for many years afterward. She was a special lady who touched many lives and I feel blessed to have known her.
