Went home to heaven on Friday, September 27th, 2024. Born February 21st, 1950.

Dear husband of Marie (nee Witeka); dear father to Kimberly (Dave) Lay and the late Ben Vogelsang; dearest PawPaw to Wesley and Maya Lay; dear brother of Jim (Karen) Vogelsang, Suzanne Dace, Mary Beth Reese, and the late Jerry Vogelsang; dear brother-in-law to Karen (Tony) Gianino; dear uncle and great uncle to his treasured nieces and nephews and a wonderful friend to many.

Charlie never met a stranger and loved many!

SERVICES: Celebration of life on Saturday, October 12th at Oakbridge Community Church (3543 Watson Rd., 63139) with visitation from 9:30 – 11:30 AM and the service will begin at 11:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the American Red Cross.

  2. Charlie Boy, as I always called him, was so kind and sweet. When he visited we always had fun.. We are so sorry for Marie and the family. He will surely be missed by everyone. Continued prayers for his loving family 🙏
