1936 – 2021

Mary E. Voss, devoted Mama and Grandma, fell asleep in the arms of Jesus Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021. Mary was born Feb. 26, 1936, at the family farm in Washington, to Jacob and Josephine (Meyer) Reuber. She was the rock in our family and loved us all more than we deserved. She was a proud member of Western Catholic Union and St. Andrew’s Catholic Church in Lemay.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents; her husband, Charles W. Voss; her sister, Cecilia; her brother, Edward Reuber; and her sister, Frances Temme. Mary is survived by her brother, George (Leola) Reuber; her son, Michael (Rene) Voss; daughter, Marlene (Daniel) Coleman; son, Marc (Erin) Voss; son, Micah (Jenny) Voss; her grandchildren, Alexander Voss, Savana Voss, Sarah Voss and Charles Voss; and great-grandchild, Nathan Thompson. She also is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special family friends, MaryEllen Buehre and Melissa Froidl.

Services: Friends and family are invited to the visitation Monday, Dec. 20, from 4-8 p.m. at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63129. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, Dec. 21, at 10 a.m. at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, 309 Hoffmeister Ave., Lemay, MO 63125. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Andrew’s Catholic Church at the address above.
