March 13, 1970 - June 3, 2024

Baptized into the Hope of Christs Resurrection Monday, June 3, 2024.

Beloved son of Joy A. and the late James J. Waelterman; loving brother of the late Todd (surviving Julie) and Christine Waelterman; adoring uncle of Bret (Jamey), Kyle, Erica. Ryan and Jamie Waelterman. Our dearest great-uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

A celebration of life will be held at Pietro’s Restaurant 3801 Watson Rd. 63109 on Saturday, June 15 from 11:00 am.-2:00 pm. Interment services are pending. In lieu of flowers contributions to Muscular Dystrophy Association of St. Louis appreciated.

  1. I will never forget Curt! He was such a lovable guy and always was happy. He enjoyed cards where he would usually whoop my ass! I’m going to miss him so much! I’m glad he is back with his brother, sister, and dad. I bet he is eating all the turtles, steaks, and drinking all the cokes, and kicking ass in cards!

    I have many fond memories of Curt and his determined nature over the years. He and I had many good conversations (and sometimes difference of opinion) across the years and I’m going to miss those for sure. He has a place in my heart and so do you! It was a great honor for me to know both of you and learn from you.
