Beloved wife of the late Robert E. Waggoner; loving mother of Vernon (Jacqueline) Waggoner, Deborah (Wayne Jones) McDowell and Twyla (Theodore) Waggoner-Herbert; cherished grandmother of Tina, Todd, Kelly, Rebecca and Sabrina and great-grandmother of Ian and Trinity; our dear sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.
Service: Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road on Tuesday, May 22, from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment Park Lawn Cemetery.
